The Anchor Surrey

One of Surrey’s oldest and most historic pubs and holder of a Michelin Bib Gourmand, The Anchor has held 2 coveted AA Rosettes since opening in 2013, and is the only pub in Surrey mentioned in The Good Food Guide as well as winning Surrey Life Magazine’s Restaurant of the Year in 2017.

Ideally situated just two miles from The Wisley Golf Club and within ten miles of a further twenty seven golf courses.

Head chef Mike Wall-Palmer has gained a sterling reputation for using local and regional produce to create dishes where flavour, taste and simplicity are the focus. Inspired by the seasons and reflecting the produce available, the Ripley Anchor menus change monthly.

From the bar, the signature Timothy Taylor ale is joined by a selection of guest ales and a wine list designed to suit all tastes. Every month a choice of wines are showcased to match the seasonal menu.
