At Lower Farm we can provide you with a comfortable and relaxed country retreat tucked away from busy roads in a picturesque and traditional farm setting.

Each of our 10 comfortable bedrooms looks out onto a central courtyard. It is here that guests can enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast served in our spacious breakfast room. Afterwards guests are welcome to relax in the sunshine with the daily newspapers or take a stroll along one of several footpaths around the farm or village. Barnwell is a village full of character with its many thatched houses, village shop and 300 year old pub, The Montagu Arms.

Lower Farm B&B is situated in the attractive East Northamptonshire village of Barnwell, three miles from the historic town of Oundle. Accommodation is provided in 10 modern en-suite rooms recently converted from the farm’s old stables and milking parlour.
