“If you are inclined to whisky, golf or nature, put Glenmorangie House on your bucket list. A stay at this decadent little inn is more than just an overnight accommodation—it is an invitation into the deep fold of whisky and authentic Scottish hospitality”

Katie Kelly Bell, Five Best Hotel Experiences 2016.

This is our home (we would never dream of calling our historic, welcoming house a “hotel”), and it is yours too while you are here. You will not need keys for your room, or a TV to distract you from the views and the company. Real fires, rare drams, walks on the beach, sumptuous dining and unforgettable Highland hospitality. When they talk about getting away from it all, this is what they mean.

With grand, spacious rooms in the main house, and homely cottage abodes on the grounds, finding somewhere to relax is easy at Glenmorangie House. All of our rooms are fitted with luxury ensuite bathrooms. Plush bath robes, Arran Aromatic toiletries and a miniature Glenmorangie Original in every room are the little luxuries we are sure you will appreciate when you want to sit back and unwind. Each of our rooms provide Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, telephone, Bose speakers and facilities for making tea and coffee. All the rooms are discreetly and freshly turned down each night before you retire to your very own realm of peace and quiet.

Dining at Glenmorangie House is an experience in itself. It’s an integral part of your stay and a real highlight for many guests. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all come with mouthwatering surprises, as new flavours and combinations mix with traditional Scottish favourites.

And we specialise in creating dishes that enhance the enjoyment of Glenmorangie single malt scotch whisky.

Being the Home of Golf, you would expect some great courses, and there are plenty of links courses for every level of golfer on the Ross-shire peninsula. However, there are few finer than Royal Dornoch. One of the best kept secrets in golf due to its location, its Championship Course is actually ranked the fifth best course in the world. Thankfully it’s not remote to us, and is less than half an hour away.
