Canadale Guest House

Welcome to Canadale Guest House – a friendly and comfortable guest house offering high quality accommodation to visitors from every corner of the world. 

Ideally situated just 10 miles from Royal Musselburgh Golf Club, Canadale Guest House is situated in the heart of the city very close to Edinburgh’s historic centre, which is only a short walk or bus trip away. Free on street parking – a rare feature of any city centre nowadays – is still available for visitors to Canadale Guest House. 

The name ‘Canadale’ was decided upon by the owner, Catherine, who wanted a name that was both original and personal to her. The outcome was a name that incorporated the first two letters of her name, and the names of her three sons – Nathan, Daniel and Lewis – all of whom live and work in Edinburgh so are often around visiting or helping out. 

We have 7 rooms. 5 of the rooms have ensuite facilities while the other two each have a private bathroom situated just across the hall from the room. 5 of the rooms are double or twin while the other two are larger family rooms accommodating up to 4 people each.

All rooms have:

– digital television/DVD
– tea and coffee making facilities (replenished daily)
– radio alarm clocks
– hair dryer
– central heating individually controllable

Canadale House is open all year round. So whether you are visiting Edinburgh for Burn’s Night, the Festival, Hogmanay or something in between – we’ll be on hand to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
