Voted European Golf Resort of the Year in 2005 Druids Glen Golf Resort consists of Druids Glen Golf Course, Druids Heath Golf Course, Woodstock House and the Druids Glen Marriott Hotel & Country Club.

The Resort is ideally located just 30 minutes south of Dublin in County Wicklow, known as the Garden of Ireland. Druids Glen is often referred to as “The Augusta of Europe”. The flora and fauna of the Glen provide a colourful backdrop to a magnificent golf course. The forests and streams produce a haven for wildlife in what was once a home to the Druids. Design duo Pat Ruddy and Tom Craddock were given the brief to create the best inland course in Ireland.

The classic parkland course features many signature holes and provides golfers with a thrilling golf experience amidst a beautifully manicured landscape. Druids Glen has played host to many of the world’s great golfers, including the following “Major Winners”: Nick Faldo, Ernie Els, Seve Ballesteros, John Daly, Ian Woosnam, Jose-Maria Olazabal, Retief Goosen and Sandy Lyle. Druids Glen hosted the Seve Trophy in 2002. This event saw the leading Tour Professionals of Great Britain & Ireland play their counterparts from Continental Europe. The teams were captained by Colin Montgomerie and Seve Ballesteros. GB&I won by 14½ to 11½.
