When Anthony Healy became the proprietor of the Westwood Country Hotel his dream was to create a peaceful retreat, free from the hustle and bustle of everyday living. This dream has now been fulfilled and the hotel provides a relaxing blend of elegance and warmth to all of our guests.
Just two miles from the centre of the famous ‘City of Dreaming Spires’, the Westwood is surrounded by 400 acres of ancient woodland and gardens. Built in 1910 as a charming Edwardian gentleman’s residence, the hotel offers a true haven of tranquillity and a relaxed Country House atmosphere.
