The Wallfoot is a popular hotel and restaurant three miles East of Carlisle and five minutes drive from junction 44 on the M6. The Hotel is set in beautiful gardens and surrounded by open countryside.
We invite old friends and new to stay in our comfortable rooms or eat in our newly refurbished bar and restaurant.
The Wallfoot is on the Hadrian's Wall cycle Path and 4 minutes' walk from the National Trail. We have a cycle shed and drying facilities.
Our head chef, has created a traditional bar menu and exciting new dishes for the restaurant. All our food is handmade from fresh, high quality ingredients.
We are sure you will enjoy our delicious food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
At the Wallfoot we have tried to combine the best features and character of our late victorian building. Spacious rooms and large windows with the comfort of new bathrooms.
Each room is stylishly furnished with carefully chosen statement pieces. All have views either over open countryside to the South or over our extensive pretty gardens to the North.
All our double rooms have king size beds all use crisp 100% cotton linen. All our bathrooms have a range of quality toiletries and generous white fluffy bath sheets.
