With our south western aspect, guests can fully appreciate the early morning sun rises and the fantastic evening sunsets, fabulous food and thoroughly relax in our unique surroundings.

Our Head Chef, Sue Leacy, offers a wealth of experience and has personally created a menu for the Grill Room, encompassing locally produced and sourced ingredients to present the true Welsh flavour of the region. We are dedicated to sourcing the finest local ingredients. from Menai Mussels to Llandudno Smokery, Mermaid Fish Merchants and Blas ar Fwyd, all of whom are within a 15 miles radius of the hotel, supplying the raw ingredients for the extensive menu offerings.

This unique conference venue is the ultimate in amenities and convenience. with Wi-Fi throughout, providing dedicated business services for every requirement. We can cater for all events from individual small meetings to large conventions and seminars in our four meeting rooms.
Our newest addition is the Castle Suite, which is our largest suite and can accommodate up to 200 delegates in any layout and style. The room, which can be divided into two soundproof sections, has floor to ceiling windows and offers breathtaking views over the Conwy Estuary, an ideal room to hold your meeting and be inspired!
