Local, free range and organic ingredients make their way into the kitchen with Rye Bay fish and seafood, Romney Marsh lamb, vegetables, salads and herbs from nearby farms, all playing a part.
Our wines include producers from Sussex and Kent as well as wines from Europe, South America, South Africa and Australasia.
Ingredients are sourced from local producers and where possible are organic.
