As soon as you enter The Old Manor, you find yourself back in the days when comfort and elegance were the order of the day. This superb four star establishment has five rooms on offer, each one named after a Scottish castle, and each one comfortable and cosy, with tea and coffee making facilities, hair drier and TV.
The public rooms are spacious and elegant, with wide-screen digital TV in the lounge and a roaring log fire in the colder months. There is also a self-catering cottage available which sleeps five to six people. Old Manor Cottage. The cottage has recently been refurbished and modernised and offers a very comfortable letting for up to 5/6 people.
Situated within the walled garden of the Old Manor B&B in the hamlet of Panbride on the outskirts of Carnoustie the large garden is a haven for children. The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom and one family bedroom normally fitted with a double and single bed. This arrangement can be altered to suit the requirements of the individual parties by including bunk beds, cots etc.
The comfortable lounge c/w Sky TV, CD and radio is enhanced by the addition of a new conservatory which brings another dimension to your home from home. A welcome tray of life's essentials including tea, coffee, milk, bread and cakes await you on arrival in the fully fitted kitchen which includes dishwasher, fridge, microwave, washing machine & tumble dryer. All power including gas central heating and electricity are included in the price of the let as is all linen and towels as required.
Normally bookings run from Saturday to Saturday but may be altered to suit during quieter periods. This is the ideal base for touring, sporting holidays and visiting the numerous castles within the area. For the both comfort and safety this is a non-smoking facility.
