Originally built in 1926 as a coastal retreat the main house boasts traditional Cornish architecture. The self catering accommodation, built in 2006, is equipped to the highest modern standards.

The Polmark is a great location for all sorts of holidays. Only a two minute walk from Harlyn Beach with over half a mile of golden sands and clean water, a popular destination with swimmers and surfers. Padstow and Trevose Golf Club are a short drive away.

A major redevelopment of the Polmark site in 2006 saw the addition of the new courtyard cottages that provide the majority of the accommodation. Accredited with an Enjoy England 4 star award, the new cottages sympathetically blend with the old house providing a sheltered communal area next to the sunlounge and bar.
