Welcome to the Old Coach House Hotel and Restaurant.

What better place to base yourself than the Old Coach House Hotel? We strive to make our bar, lounge and restaurant as welcoming as possible, with good food, fine ale and service to match (don't forget that this area supplies some spectacular single malts too!). For either a snack or a slap-up meal, this is the place.

The Hotel has 21 rooms, comprising single, double and family rooms. The rooms have all been refurbished to an extremely high standard, and every one has en suite facilities, direct dial telephone, colour TV, radio and full central heating. Cots are available on request.

Whatever your interests, there will be something in the vicinity to entice you from the comfortable surroundings of the Old Coach House Hotel.

Perhaps the world renowned fishing on the Spey, allied to the stunning scenery... perhaps walking the Speyside Way, which starts just a few miles from us... perhaps Speyside's other fame - malt whisky. You could spend weeks visiting distilleries on the Malt Whisky Trail, just to decide which whisky you want to concentrate on....

Those with a taste for history are well served too, with the North East of Scotland dotted with castles and other places of historical interest, including Pictish settlements and monuments.

What is difficult to avoid, however, is the sea, and the magnificent local coastline bears tribute to the area's long reliance on fishing, with small sheltered harbours all along the coast. Whether you want to try some sea fishing, watch the local boats come and go, or just let the sea breeze hit you while you contemplate the meaning of (maritime) life, you will have ample opportunity to experience the mystique of the sea.

And we haven't even touched on golf.....
