Ladywell House Bed and Breakfast is a former manse, built in 1804, and is surrounded by an acre of beautiful walled garden. There are outstanding views over North Fife - on a clear night the lights of St. Andrews can be seen - and the historic and picturesque village of Falkland, where Falkland Palace is an important visitor attraction.
The property has a spacious, comfortable Drawing Room with a large conservatory where meals are taken.
Previously owned by Francis Shand-Kydd, the mother of the late Diana, Princess of Wales, Ladywell House in Falkland Fife, is believed to have been visited by Diana and her sons, Princes William and Harry.
There are six guest bedrooms:
* "Palace" a double room en-suite ,
* "Diana" a twin room en-suite,
* "Lomond" a twin room with private bathroom,
* "Shand Kydd", a double room en-suite
