Golf courses near Deer Park Hotel Golf & Spa
Deer Park Hotel, just nine miles from Dublin city centre and twenty minutes from Dublin Airport, is set high on the hillside of the Howth peninsula which forms the north side of Dublin Bay.

This North County Dublin hotel is located in the grounds of Howth Castle and boasts Ireland's largest golf complex. Overlooking its own parkland golf courses, the hotel enjoys breathtaking views of Ireland’s Eye and Dublin Bay. The Kitchen in the Castle Cookery School and The Transport Museum are also located in the grounds of Howth Castle.

Access to Dublin City Centre is easy, via the DART, Dublin’s frequent rapid rail system. A pleasant walk will take you into the fishing village of Howth where you can enjoy some lovely walks and stop off at one of the many pubs or restaurants for some refreshments. A selection of fresh fish landed from the local trawlers features on our restaurant and function menus.

Our bedrooms are superbly appointed, many with fabulous views and the recently refurbished family rooms offer every comfort to ensure a pleasant stay. The Four Earl's Restaurant uses the freshest ingredients sourced locally and the Bar is a great place to relax after a round of Golf! The panoramic views provide a wonderful backdrop for Weddings and our Conference facilities are second to none. The Spa at Deer Park offers a wide range of relaxing treamtents to suit everyone. Wi Fi in public areas and Surf Box Internet in Residents Lounge.

Deer Park boasts the largest golf complex in Ireland, and is set in splendid and picturesque surroundings. In addition to the main 18 hole course, the Deer Park, there are two demanding 9 hole courses, the Grace O’Malley Course and the St Fintan’s Course, which can be played as 18 holes. There is also a full length 12 hole Par 3 course and an 18 hole Pitch and Putt course.

Designed by the well-known golf architect, Fred Hawtree, the courses benefit immeasurably from their location in the parkland surrounding Howth Castle. The proximity of the sea promotes a mild microclimate with few severe frosts, while the slope of the land aids drainage. This means the courses are often playable when others are not.

The first-rate facilities make Deer Park an ideal base for an Irish golfing holiday.
