Welcome to our Castle Hotel in Scotland - Castle Venlaw. Built in 1742 and opened as an hotel in 1949 the Castle has been owned by John and Shirley Sloggie for the past 8 years.
Over the years the hotel has built an enviable reputation in the Scottish Borders. It has been recommended in the Good Hotel guide since 1997, is recommended by Conde Nast Johansens and boasts one of only 2 restaurants in the area to hold 2 AA rosettes for its' restaurant.
