Carnlea is a small highly rated 3 star bed & breakfast run by Meg and Bill. It offers a warm, friendly welcome and quality accommodation where you can be assured of clean, comfortable rooms.
Carnlea B&B is situated in a relaxing location with outstanding views over the surrounding Esk Valley hills, only a few minutes from the centre of Langholm. We are an ideal starting point for walkers, cyclists, motorcyclists, bird watchers, shooters, golfers and wildlife enthusiasts.
Langholm is situated amidst the beautiful Esk Valley which lies on the historic route to the Scottish borders and is conveniently located for visiting the Borders, Dumfries and Galloway, Solway Coast and Carlisle. Edinburgh and Glasgow are easily accessible as are Hadrian's Wall and the North Lakes.
Both of our comfortable en-suite bedrooms can be arranged in advance to suit your needs - either as a twin room with two single beds or with a king-size option (zipped bed).
Both of our rooms are on the ground floor and are double glazed with individually controlled central heating. Tea and Coffee making facilities are provided in each room, with a selection of herbal teas, drinking chocolate and Scottish shortbread. Hairdryers are provided and ironing facilities are available. A selection of complementary toiletries are provided for guests use. Room keys are provided to guests to ensure your privacy.
