Newly opened restaurant Bistro Prego offers mouthwatering cuisine and has eight rooms with en-suite bathrooms, and all this right in the heart of Monmouth's old town.
Bistro Prego opened at the turn of 2006/2007 and offers not only an excellent range of fine food and wine but also eight well-appointed rooms, all for people visiting Monmouth. For these reasons alone it would be a welcome addition to the town.
Add in the fact that Prego's head chef is Steve Robbins, and you have added in some serious pedigree to this new Monmouth eatery.
"Prego is all about using quality locally sourced produce to create great flavours but with no over-the-top frills or overly complicated knick-knacks," explains Head Chef Steve Robbins.
