The 5 Leys Holiday Apartments in Filey offer a truly individual and unique holiday experience for the discerning holidaymaker. The holiday complex is situated a mere 7 metres from the Blue Flag Sands, which form part of the five-mile stretch of award-winning sandy beach in this picturesque Victorian town. It's the perfect location for a beach-side holiday, and 5 Leys enjoys magnificent panoramic views of Filey Bay, from Filey Brigg in the North, to Flamborough Lighthouse in the South.
5 Leys Holiday Accommodation Complex is specifically designed to meet the modern demands of holidaymakers, be them travelling alone or with family and friends. The layout allows a choice of accommodation on breaks of either 3 or 4 nights out of season and week durations in season.
All of our 9 suites provide luxurious accommodation by means of hand made furniture and high quality fixtures and fittings, with room service from our 5 Leys Bar and Restuarant.

The 5 Leys Restaurant specialises in freshly-prepared Yorkshire food, sourcing all produce, where possible, from within a 25-mile radius. With spectacular views across Filey Bay, the 5 Leys Restaurant enjoys possibly one of the finest East Coast locations. Whether it's a hearty lunch to prepare you for the day ahead, or a relaxing evening meal, diners can enjoy the serene surroundings in air-conditioned luxury. And to complement your meal, we offer a fine selection of reasonably priced, hand chosen wines from the 5 Leys cellar.
Like the 5 Leys Restaurant, the 5 Leys Bar enjoys identical and similarly spectacular panoramic views across Filey Bay. The bar features air-conditioned comfort for the summer, with a heated front terrace for those cooler evenings. There is an outdoor play area for children in the shaded garden area towards the rear (Ready in 2008). Bar meals are served throughout the day.
