Strathclyde Park golf course is one of the most popular municipal courses in the Glasgow area and is unique in that it is surrounded on one side by a racecourse and a nature reserve on the other. Incidentally, the course closes when a race is on.
The course is full of character and is well noted among Glasgow golfers for its small greens, which can be tricky to stay on.
