Frilford Heath is one of a select number of courses to boast 54 holes of championship golf, providing an excellent mix of traditional and modern design. The courses are designed in classic golfing country with two of the three courses offering a heathland characteristic, and the third course, opened in 1994, has a 'links' appearance in many parts and is an excellent test of golf. The sandy subsoil ensures the courses are rarely affected by heavy rainfall, a great incentive for corporate golf days and other visitors to the club. The quality of the courses attracts top amateur fields in competitions organised by The Royal & Ancient, English Golf Union, British & English Ladies Golf Associations.
