Drax Golf Club was formerly linked to the power station in Yorkshire but has now branched out on its own. It is now running as a very successful members only club where visitors are welcomed on most days, the only stipulation being that you book slightly in advance and that you must play with a member. Club officials, however, are eager to encourage visitors and say they will find a member to play with you even if you can't!
